I have worked in the property sector for more than ten years, and all in all I have been working for four decades. My career at Sponda started in 2007 when Kapiteeli and Sponda merged and formed one of the largest property investment companies in Finland.

 

Additional work experience was gained in banking, where I worked with accounting, and I continue to work on similar tasks today. My main responsibility as a controller in Sponda’s business control department is to follow up on the achievement of defined targets and to prepare financial monitoring reports for Management. In addition, I contribute to the quarterly segment reporting. 
 

I enjoy my job and feel that my competence is appreciated. As years have passed, my duties have changed regularly, which has further increased the meaningfulness of my work. I work in a three-person team that provides me with support and help when necessary.  

 

Our team spirit is very good and it is further enhanced by various events for the entire personnel. In particular, I appreciate the Sponda culture club and participate actively in theatre and concert visits and other activities organised by them.
