I work in Sponda's Investment Properties unit as Customer Service Assistant for the Helsinki region. My duties include the preparation of lease agreements, showing office properties to new potential clients, customer communications as well as the development and maintenance of our Extranet services.

 

Before joining Sponda, I worked in a similar position in another property company for over eight years. A couple of years ago I moved to a new city and wanted to stay in the same line of work. I knew Sponda beforehand as one of the major players in the industry and became interested in the company as a potential employer when I moved. I was pleased to get a challenging and interesting job at Sponda.

 

I really enjoy working at Sponda. I have nice colleagues and superiors and there is a positive team spirit in the office. My work gives me new challenges and the chance to improve my expertise and working methods. I particularly appreciate the flexible nature of my work and the effective systems we have in place here. The location of Sponda's office is also ideal for me.
