The office and retail building, completed in 1911, features impressive details in the decorated facade. This well-maintained, historic monument, designed by Armas Lindgren, has a corner entrance framed by massive stone pillars. Access to the upper floors is through a wide and light staircase.
Located in the most central spot in the Helsinki city centre, the building houses a bank, hotel with restaurant services and a night club. All the city centre services, such as the Forum shopping centre and Sokos department store, are right next to it.
All public transport connections are close by. The railway station is located opposite the property, and the metro, trams and buses operate right in front of the building.
Public parking facilities are available in Elielinaukio and Forum, but the property is also easily accessible by bicycle.
