Keskuskatu 1 bKluuvi
Located in the heart of central Helsinki, Keskuskatu 1b is a historic property that was designed by architect Eliel Saarinen and completed in 1921. The building, situated opposite the Stockmann department store along the city centre’s most attractive pedestrian street, has 2,097 m2 of office space and 1,354 m2 of retail space.
Starting in April 2014, the property was renovated to give the interior an entirely new look. Modernised office premises on floors 2–6 were completed in the autumn of 2015. The building has a total of 2,097 m² of premium office space.
The office premises are leased as full floors, with floor areas ranging from 411 m2 to 436 m2. Interior stairs can be built between floors, if necessary. With the exception of meeting rooms, the office premises primarily consist of open-plan offices. However, the interior design also includes lightweight partition walls that can be installed according to customer needs.
