In autumn 2009 the company chose environmental responsibility as the focal point in its corporate responsibility. We have also paid particular attention to the development of customer service.

The decision by the Finnish government in October 2009 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 80 per cent by 2050 sets new and interesting challenges for the property sector, which will play a major role in mitigating climate change and improving energy efficiency. Meeting this target will require significant and innovative solutions from both the owners and tenants of properties.
