The leasable area of Sponda´s property portfolio is about 1,3 million m2. The portfolio comprises 210 investment properties, 157 of wich are office and retail properties and 54 logistics sites. Most of these are situated in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and the cities of Oulu, Tampere and Turku.
