Spondanet is part of Spondas customer service.

Spondanet is a internal channel for service and communication supplied for Spondas tennats in our largest properties.
Through Spondanet you will get information, consernign the property from Sponda and
the property maintenance, directly to your own e-mail.
You can also give feedback about the premises you are leasing directly to Sponda or to the maintenance company.
In Spondanet you will find contactinformation to all of Spondas partners in property maintenance and of course yuo can wiev all the properties nessesery documents.

Spondanet is only available in Finnish and you will need a user name and password.
