The Tallbergintalo building features more than 7,000m² of office space over seven floors.
The building has two staircases as well as lifts and district heating. The building facade is plastered.
Tallbergintalo and the adjoining Itämerentalo function hand in hand. They share the meeting rooms, lunch cafeteria and loading platform and have indoor access from one building to the other.
The distinctive neighbourhood of Ruoholahti was built at a rapid pace along the western seafront of the city. Modern housing units, canals and unique shops live side-by-side with business premises. Its excellent location and good connections to both central Helsinki and Espoo make Ruoholahti well suited for business.
